- Experience with software development workflows (unit testing, documentation, git)
- Background in cryogenic microwave engineering
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems with guidance
- Exposure to Quantum Error Correction
- Exposure to experimental lab work or measurement systems

- Develop and test readout techniques
- Support mid-circuit and terminal readout experiments
- Contribute to calibration routines
- Participate in benchmarking workflows
- Implement qubit reset protocols
- Evaluate qubit reset performance
- Analyze experimental data
- Identify performance trends
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and fabrication teams
- Document results
- Present findings with guidance
