- Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing environments
- Trusted teamwork and coaching skills
- Basic German skills as a plus

- Develop and optimize multi-qubit readout techniques
- Select and research advanced optical and electronic components
- Push signal amplification limits for photoelectrical detection
- Integrate components into production-ready quantum systems
- Test and troubleshoot electronics hardware and components
- Document development processes and technical specifications
- Follow rigorous requirements engineering practices
- Collaborate with internal and international cross-functional teams
- Design and execute complex quantum experiments
- Perform detailed data analysis and prepare technical reports
- Deliver high-quality outcomes and technical presentations
- Monitor advancements in diamond-based quantum technologies
- Contribute to the company’s patent and publication portfolio
