Quality Team Leader QC(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- University degree in natural sciences, related technical field (chemistry, pharmacy, biology), or equivalent education with working experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Production in pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience in managing laboratory teams and operations
- Strong understanding of cGxP principles, analytical methods, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in deviation management, CAPA implementation, and audit preparation or support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and laboratory applications in QC environments
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in medical device and packaging material testing
- Experience in visual inspection (AQL)
- Experience in analytical method transfer projects
- Familiarity with Lean or Operational Excellence initiatives in GMP environment
- Experience in change management
- Experience in managing budgets and resources
Aufgaben
- Lead a Quality Control team
- Develop a Quality Control team
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure compliance with cGxP standards
- Oversee material, device, and FDF testing
- Ensure test results meet quality and regulatory requirements
- Oversee data and documentation review, approval, and release
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure audit actions are completed to root-cause
- Maintain up-to-date analytical methods, SOPs, and procedures
- Ensure methods and procedures meet corporate/health standards
- Ensure qualification, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment
- Lead investigations of deviations, OOX, and complaints
- Define and implement effective CAPAs
- Drive QC continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Manage team member training, performance, and development
- Ensure team alignment with cGxP requirements
- Foster collaboration across departments
- Ensure a culture of quality, safety, and compliance
