Aufgaben
- Act as Quality Officer for lithography-optics products across all phases
- Serve as quality point of contact in manufacturing
- Develop concepts and measures for supplier quality, cost of poor quality, and quality standards
- Coordinate with functional areas, monitor and drive actions, and work closely with process engineers, Industrial Excellence staff, operational personnel, and manufacturing leadership
- Assess effectiveness of implemented concepts and measures
- Initiate corrective actions when needed
- Train employees on quality requirements and methods
- Ensure employee competence development
- Clarify and approve special approvals and internal tolerances
- Support serial handovers and product ramp-ups by implementing quality management processes
- Approve specification documents
- Conduct audits and assessments
- Drive derived improvements
- Analyze, process, and report quality performance data for decision-making
- Document and approve requirements
