- Degree in Process, Quality, or Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in quality management
- Work experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with production processes
- Experience or familiarity with cable manufacturing sector preferred
- Knowledge of common QM methods and tools
- Experience in conducting audits and documentation
- Experience with external certification bodies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High communication skills and team orientation
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Familiarity with MS Office and strong IT affinity
- Additional certifications like Quality Manager or ISO standards advantageous
- Knowledge of sustainability (ISO 14001) an advantage
Aufgaben
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QMS
- Ensure product and service quality
- Monitor quality systems per ISO 9001 standards
- Ensure compliance with quality standards company-wide
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits
- Analyze quality data to identify improvement potential
- Develop measures for process optimization
- Train and sensitize employees on quality processes
- Collaborate with production, development, and purchasing
- Process customer complaints and initiate corrective measures
- Prepare and deliver reports to the Head of QHSE
