- Oversee quality control processes
- Embed quality requirements throughout project phases
- Manage Defects Liability Period
- Identify, track, and remediate defects
- Coordinate with contractors, design, and commissioning teams
- Review and approve inspection and test plans
- Approve quality documentation and handover deliverables
- Monitor compliance with specifications and standards
- Lead quality inspections and snagging activities
- Ensure timely completion of remedial works
- Verify final quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate quality performance reports
- Communicate defect status clearly
- Support high-quality project close-out
- Facilitate transition into operations
