- Initiate and evaluate food fraud monitoring analyses
- Create and update raw material specifications
- Maintain raw material data
- Participate in raw material tastings
- Prepare and document raw material tastings
- Participate in evaluating new raw materials and recipes
- Participate in approving new raw materials and recipes
- Support supplier audits
- Create IFS-compliant work instructions for QA
- Discuss daily analysis data and its evaluation with purchasing and Italian production
