- •Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- •Maintain and uphold GMP standards
- •Develop quality control procedures for production
- •Enhance existing production quality protocols
- •Analyze production quality performance metrics
- •Support product trials alongside R&D
- •Implement specific customer quality requirements
- •Support internal and external audits
- •Lead the HACCP team
- •Validate CCPs and CPs
- •Conduct hygiene validations and risk assessments
- •Oversee comprehensive pest monitoring
- •Investigate food-safety complaints
- •Manage non-conformities and support crisis coordination
