Anforderungen

  • Graduate nurse with 3 years nursing experience
  • Experience in healthcare quality management/assurance
  • Experience in medical facility accreditation
  • Experience in implementing/conducting medical facility/departmental review/audit programs
  • Experience in medical facility administration
  • Experience in medical outsourcing to provider network
  • Experience in healthcare network development/management
  • Familiarity/experience in international healthcare environment
  • Experience in healthcare insurance or medical/travel assistance
  • Proactive problem identification and action
  • Appropriate listening skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prepare accurate and timely reports

Aufgaben

  • Lead quality initiatives and processes
  • Oversee customer service and service recovery responses
  • Document and track customer feedback and corrective actions
  • Collect and analyze provider-level quality data
  • Support clinical quality through case reviews and feedback
  • Develop relationships with provider quality teams
  • Drive regular updates of clinical outcome data
  • Define and implement service quality guidelines
  • Set targets for service quality improvements
  • Implement proactive service quality improvement plans
  • Ensure patient expectations are met throughout care
  • Assist in targeted employee training
  • Conduct regular internal service delivery reviews
  • Provide feedback to teams and physician leads
  • Ensure appropriate capacity for audits and workshops
  • Collaborate on training and development plans
  • Mentor country team members
  • Train personnel on SOPs
  • Participate in quality improvement projects
