Anforderungen
- Graduate nurse with 3 years nursing experience
- Experience in healthcare quality management/assurance
- Experience in medical facility accreditation
- Experience in implementing/conducting medical facility/departmental review/audit programs
- Experience in medical facility administration
- Experience in medical outsourcing to provider network
- Experience in healthcare network development/management
- Familiarity/experience in international healthcare environment
- Experience in healthcare insurance or medical/travel assistance
- Proactive problem identification and action
- Appropriate listening skills
- Effective problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely reports
Aufgaben
- Lead quality initiatives and processes
- Oversee customer service and service recovery responses
- Document and track customer feedback and corrective actions
- Collect and analyze provider-level quality data
- Support clinical quality through case reviews and feedback
- Develop relationships with provider quality teams
- Drive regular updates of clinical outcome data
- Define and implement service quality guidelines
- Set targets for service quality improvements
- Implement proactive service quality improvement plans
- Ensure patient expectations are met throughout care
- Assist in targeted employee training
- Conduct regular internal service delivery reviews
- Provide feedback to teams and physician leads
- Ensure appropriate capacity for audits and workshops
- Collaborate on training and development plans
- Mentor country team members
- Train personnel on SOPs
- Participate in quality improvement projects
