Aufgaben
- Develop and implement quality assurance approaches
- Optimize the entire production chain from field to finished product
- Ensure correct and timely implementation of IFS and customer requirements
- Organize measures for good manufacturing practices and food safety
- Comply with all regulatory requirements
- Optimize processes and procedures
- Conduct hygiene controls and quality assurance measures
- Collaborate with colleagues and external contacts for quality standards
- Support team leader in audits
- Train employees on site
- Participate in food safety projects
- Contribute to process optimization and digitalization
