- Develop a multi-year strategic roadmap
- Define and oversee IT governance processes
- Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy Project Management standards
- Develop a governance process to manage change requests
- Implement changes in line with Hitachi guidelines
- Collaborate with the business to define and execute new projects
- Support the business in achieving process excellence and efficiencies
- Recruit and manage teams for project execution
- Track actuals and forecasts per Finance requirements
