- Several years of Packaging experience in FMCG
- Profound knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, BRCGS)
- Good knowledge of printing and converting technologies
- Good knowledge in statistical methods
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, international teams
- Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Additional foreign language knowledge advantageous, preferably German
- Profound knowledge in MS Office
Aufgaben
- Lead global qualifications of new print and artwork suppliers
- Conduct risk assessments for new suppliers
- Train and audit new suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead surveillance audits of existing print and artwork suppliers
- Prioritize audits based on risk
- Conduct remote or onsite audits
- Create action plans for audit findings
- Establish global standards for print, conversion, and artwork
- Define specifications and test methods for suppliers
- Communicate standards to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in R&D Packaging
- Coordinate internal audit activities
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
