Anforderungen

- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- Recognized local safety qualifications (e.g., Sicherheitsfachkraft / SiFa in Germany, or local equivalent in Austria/France)
- NEBOSH qualification is highly advantageous

- Track and trend accidents and safety training
- Ensure employees have a safe work environment
- Drive and promote a proactive safety-first culture
- Exercise authority to halt unsafe practices or operations
- Implement immediate corrective actions
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Implement preventive measures to eliminate workplace hazards
- Maintain and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Plan, organize, and execute internal audits
- Plan, organize, and execute external certifications
- Standardize service quality protocols
- Ensure consistent implementation of service quality protocols
- Implement regional environmental initiatives
- Serve as the key point of contact for local authorities
- Serve as the key point of contact for trade associations
- Serve as the key point of contact for external auditors
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers
- Design and deliver safety training programs
- Design and deliver toolbox talks
- Design and deliver onboarding modules
