In this role, you will ensure project compliance with PA and QA policies while coordinating efforts among participants. Daily responsibilities include analyzing QA issues, organizing reviews, and supporting audits, all aimed at maintaining high-quality standards.

Anforderungen

• •At least 2 years in space systems activities
• •At least 2 years of continuous experience in project Quality Assurance positions
• •Good knowledge of ISO standards
• •Good knowledge of ECSS standards
• •Hands-on experience in QA processes definition, implementation, monitoring and control
• •Hands-on experience in risks management and lessons learned processes
• •Experience in a rational application of international quality standards
• •Hands-on experience in managing, reporting and following-up of procured items
• •Knowledge of requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS
• •Experience of working on collaborative programs between different partners
• •Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role, preferably related to IPR and software licensing
• •Strong understanding of Intellectual Property Rights and software licensing management
• •Relevant certifications in IPR or software licensing are a plus
• •Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• •Good interpersonal skills
• •Very good attitude to teamwork

• •Support PA and QA policies for projects
• •Implement plans and define inputs and outputs
• •Coordinate efforts of participants
• •Produce consolidated inputs
• •Define and maintain PA and QA procedures
• •Ensure correct implementation of relevant processes
• •Manage baseline definition of System Requirement Document
• •Control evolutions of Change Requests and Proposals
• •Prepare Change Control Board meetings
• •Organize and support Anomalies Review Boards
• •Organize and support Non-conformances Review Boards
• •Analyze and report on QA critical issues
• •Propose and follow up on preventive and recovery actions
• •Define and monitor established metrics for processes
• •Attend progress meetings and identify QA concerns
• •Review documents from a QA perspective
• •Organize project reviews according to prescribed processes
• •Act as Review Secretary as required
• •Support QA audits as needed
• •Provide QA consultancy for Configuration Management processes
