- Substantial experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and strong background in cGMP
- Broad knowledge of hygiene topics, environmental monitoring, disinfectant testing, and microbial control strategies
- Previous Contamination Control experience
- Good communication skills and interaction with various interfaces within the organization and regulatory agencies
- Working knowledge with MS Office, Excel, data trend creation/analysis, TrackWise®, LIMS, and SAP
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Develop an end-to-end microbial control concept
- Document specifications and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with microbiological control practices
- Implement a robust contamination control strategy
- Support Quality Oversight for Environmental Monitoring
- Assess disinfectants from a microbiological perspective
- Write, review, and approve SOPs and deviation reports
- Prepare for customer audits and regulatory inspections
- Act as an expert during audits and inspections
- Enhance quality knowledge through training and conferences
