- Ensure alignment with purchasing strategies and deliver best total value outcomes
- Manage end-to-end governance and execution of social marketing contracts
- Define scope, rate structures, usage rights, exclusivity, and performance metrics
- Coordinate and drive sourcing activities, managing internal and external relationships
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and purchasing processes
- Maintain strict compliance with procurement policies, brand safety, and data/privacy standards
- Define and execute sourcing strategies and recommendations
- Lead complex negotiations and ensure delivery of key fundamentals
- Leverage analytics, spend data, and market insights to identify opportunities
- Support financial planning cycles
- Manage contract lifecycle and execution excellence
- Ensure robust governance of statements of work, deliverables, approvals, and payment milestones
- Optimize external business partner performance and ecosystem design
- Conduct structured supplier reviews and drive innovation
- Develop and implement scalable sourcing solutions for social marketing
- Shape commercial models, negotiation playbooks, and standardized frameworks
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Brand, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Analyse market trends and supplier capabilities to unlock competitive advantage
- Strengthen P&G’s position within the creator economy
- Deliver excellence in business results through rigorous execution and data-driven decision making
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Continuously elevate performance and value creation
