- •Manage supplier and material master data in the ERP system
- •Coordinate operational purchasing and clarify requirements
- •Obtain quotations and process orders
- •Monitor delivery dates and track open backlogs
- •Support goods receipt and perform necessary corrections
- •Resolve discrepancies between orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- •Handle supplier claims, complaints, and credit notes
- •Ensure material availability with R&D and Finance
- •Develop a monitoring concept for R&D materials
- •Support financial accounting and monthly reporting
- •Assist with year-end closing under HGB/IFRS
- •Facilitate the investment request approval process
- •Execute project controlling and monitor financial performance
- •Develop new workflows to improve commercial efficiency
