- Research and pre-select properties and contractors
- Compare and analyze offers and proposals
- Coordinate tendering processes
- Support contractor selection
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance
- Provide feedback on potential contractors
- Conduct research on local standards and approaches
- Research local market prices and benchmarks
- Identify regulatory and approval procedures
- Identify real estate opportunities and improvement strategies
- Prepare clear written reports and presentations
- Maintain digital filing systems
- Ensure transparency and traceability
