You will drive digital transformation by leading complex cloud and on-premise implementations, from initial sales support to final delivery, while ensuring high-level stakeholder satisfaction.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in finance, computer science, engineering, IT, MBA or equivalent
• •Knowledge of project management methodologies, agile, SAP Activate or SAFe
• •Proactive attitude in managing stakeholder satisfaction
• •Ability to command respect and present to executive audiences
• •Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
• •Team orientation and ability to influence others
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• •Desirable PMP certification or other project management certifications
• •8-12 years project management experience at consulting or SI company
• •Ideal project management experience with SAP implementation projects
• •Experience working with various levels within global customer organizations

Aufgaben

• •Build credibility and trust during the sales phase
• •Assist sales teams with implementation planning and estimating
• •Coordinate multiple business lines and partners during bidding
• •Lead all project lifecycle phases from planning to closure
• •Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and partners on KPIs
• •Manage end-to-end services relationships and steering committees
• •Ensure projects remain on-time, within budget, and billable
• •Develop solid project plans with clear milestones
• •Proactively handle project risks, issues, and objections
• •Select and develop team members based on project goals
• •Create long-term value roadmaps to achieve business objectives
• •Align project tactics with the company's corporate strategy
• •Identify and develop new business opportunities
