Aufgaben
- Support project management on quality, supplier, customer satisfaction.
- Implement processes across the value chain.
- Assess process maturity across the value chain.
- Improve processes across the value chain.
- Collaborate with customers on project quality issues.
- Ensure accountability for resolving quality issues.
- Coach project teams on quality and stakeholder perspectives.
- Analyze experience transferability between projects.
- Plan Quality Assurance activities to reduce risks.
- Develop quality schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets.
- Apply project quality procedures and plans.
- Ensure project team compliance with procedures.
- Certify internal control systems (project, supply, site).
- Verify processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Validate control plans mitigate prioritized risks.
- Perform project delivery audits.
- Utilize quality data analytics in operations.
- Identify business, supplier, and customer nonconformances.
- Identify risks and failures.
- Ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage solutions to closure.
