- Problem Solving and Analysis tools
- Knowledge of internal GA systems

Aufgaben
- Manage quality projects for the Munich development site.
- Lead a multicultural team of Quality Engineers.
- Plan and develop projects for premium OEMs.
- Control annual and multi-year budgets and resources.
- Define and implement objectives to meet Business Unit goals.
- Develop milestone and activity plans to minimize risks.
- Initiate standardisation projects for process optimisation.
- Oversee supplier monitoring to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with Plant Quality teams on project planning.
- Define and optimise production monitoring concepts.
- Ensure timely validation of product and process approvals.
- Prepare for audits to maintain certification readiness.
- Provide customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead internal and customer meetings to address risks.
- Support Sales in preparing quotations and contract negotiations.
- Align with Corporate Quality to develop strategic objectives.
