- Teamwork, communication, and organization skills
- Team leadership and project management experience
- Knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Project, SAP, Agile
- Knowledge of electrical, optical components, WDM technology
- Analytical skills for complex problem solving
- Conflict resolution and advanced communication skills
Aufgaben
- Generate NPI project plans and transfer plans
- Support PLCP projects throughout the product life cycle
- Meet manufacturing key dates and transfer milestones
- Assess project investments for NPI and transfer projects
- Collaborate with teams to resolve design and feasibility issues
- Track project metrics and drive corrective actions
- Determine test requirements with R&D and industrialization engineers
- Provide prototype cost estimates
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability
- Implement test capacity for ramp-up and mature volume
- Lead industrialization meetings and project reviews
- Generate weekly project status reports for specific features
- Continuously improve and globalize existing processes
