As a Project Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery while managing a large team across multiple locations. Your role involves maintaining compliance with regulations, fostering a safe work environment, and serving as the key point of contact for contract matters.

Anforderungen

• •US citizenship
• •Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
• •Minimum five years of experience in base support management or similar contract
• •Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English at Level 3 or above
• •Availability on-site between 0700–1600 hours, Monday through Friday, and accessible 24/7/365
• •Legal residency and work permit for Germany (if applicable)
• •Experience managing contracts for U.S. military installations or similar environments
• •Demonstrated success in implementing performance-based management and continuous improvement initiatives
• •Advanced training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Aufgaben

• •Oversee daily operations of the Base Operations contract
• •Act as the primary contact for all contract-related matters
• •Lead and manage contractor personnel for uninterrupted service
• •Administer contract, including transition planning and performance evaluations
• •Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment at facilities
• •Develop and implement contingency plans for emergencies
• •Ensure timely completion of all contract deliverables and documentation
• •Manage quality control processes and performance standards
• •Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee their performance
• •Foster a professional and customer-focused culture among personnel
