In this role, you will oversee international plant engineering projects, managing all aspects from planning and scheduling to risk management and stakeholder communication. Your expertise will ensure the successful execution of technically complex projects in the intralogistics sector.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
• •Several years of experience in project management
• •In-depth knowledge in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or control/automation technology
• •PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
• •Proficiency in SAP and project management tools
• •Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• •Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• •Strong interface management skills
• •Willingness to travel internationally and excellent German and English skills

Aufgaben

• •Plan and control international plant engineering projects
• •Manage projects in palletizing, packaging, and loading technology
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams
• •Act as the main technical contact for stakeholders
• •Lead technically complex projects independently
• •Prepare and monitor schedules, resources, and cost plans
• •Track project progress
• •Prepare and negotiate project offers
• •Clarify project-specific issues with departments, customers, and suppliers
• •Prepare and review specifications and requirement documents
• •Proactively manage risks and resolve technical challenges
• •Manage interfaces with engineering, procurement, and quality
• •Lead the project team, including change management
• •Handle claims and disputes
• •Serve as the point of contact for customers and suppliers on technical matters
