In this role, you will drive projects and product launches within the Private Markets sector, collaborating with experts to develop innovative investment solutions while ensuring compliance with various constraints. Your work will focus on enhancing operational models and workflows to optimize the Investment Management value chain.

Anforderungen

• •Solid understanding of Investment Management business and value chain
• •Solid understanding of regulatory framework for investment managers and Private Markets Investment Funds in Europe
• •Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• •IT-programming skills (Python, SQL, etc.)
• •Excellent university degree in business administration, economics, IT, engineering or related field
• •At least 3 years experience in management or IT consulting or relevant departments of an Alternative Investment Management Company
• •Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders
• •Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• •Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
• •Hands-on, social, diplomatic team player with leadership skills
• •Ability to work well in an international, diverse and interdisciplinary environment
• •Strong communication skills, fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus

Aufgaben

• •Liaise with domain experts and stakeholders for product development
• •Deliver projects and product launches considering IT, accounting, legal, tax, risk, and regulatory constraints
• •Manage larger scale programs or sub-projects for the Private Markets operating model
• •Develop operational models and workflows to meet defined requirements
• •Design technology and data solutions aligned with the overall Operating Model
• •Identify strengths and weaknesses in product offerings and recommend new approaches
