- Manage new production launches using APQP practices
- Lead cross-functional teams for on-time delivery
- Ensure flawless launch to production utilizing ARAS and IPQC
- Comply with regulations, procedures, and customer requirements
- Maintain documentation for regulations, procedures, and customer requirements
- Measure product development and launch process performance metrics
- Report product development and launch process performance metrics
- Continuously improve product development and launch process KPIs
- Assist in developing design standards
- Assist in developing cost standards
- Assist in developing pricing standards
- Expedite the quote process
- Provide input for continuous improvement of the quote process
- Develop accurate manufacturing costs for customer inquiries
- Develop timely manufacturing costs for customer inquiries
- Develop accurate manufacturing costs for internal inquiries
- Develop timely manufacturing costs for internal inquiries
- Create new work center costs for cost calculations
- Review the make or buy decision process
- Recommend the make or buy decision process
