- Work on strategically important initiatives
- Structure complex topics
- Develop and translate concepts into work packages
- Drive and support transformation initiatives
- Manage data harmonization and master data
- Enhance Customer Experience (CX) 2.0
- Implement process harmonization
- Integrate new software solutions
- Gather and prioritize requirements
- Develop target operating models
- Create implementation approaches
- Translate initiatives into deliverables and timelines
- Prepare and maintain project plans
- Generate status reports and steering committee materials
- Document project decisions
- Break down initiatives into Jira epics and tasks
- Monitor project progress and dependencies
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Act as a consultant for business stakeholders
- Ensure transparency and structured communication
