- Prepare and monitor project budget
- Update forecast results regularly
- Monitor project performance
- Identify and manage key risks
- Evaluate and approve significant changes
- Track project profit estimate
- Manage and mitigate project risks proactively
- Resolve conflicts with customers and sub-projects
- Escalate unresolved issues as needed
- Provide regular project updates to PMO
- Communicate changes to customers and internal teams
