- At least five years of proven Project Manager experience, preferably customer-facing
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with complex customer relationship management ability
- Problem-solving skills and diplomatic handling of challenging situations
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
- Fluent English
- Very strong advantage: Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin knowledge
Aufgaben
- Lead and oversee semiconductor metrology and inspection projects.
- Act as the primary liaison for customers.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Understand customer business objectives.
- Align solutions to meet customer needs.
- Deploy solutions in the field.
- Satisfy customer requests.
- Develop detailed project plans.
- Deliver projects on time, scope, and budget.
- Handle customer escalations.
- Resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to prevent future escalations.
- Identify root causes and recommend improvements.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Report on project status, customer feedback, and satisfaction.
