Anforderungen
- Academic degree in Engineering or Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Semiconductor and/or Automotive industry, cross-functional experience
- Understanding of semiconductor technology, fabrication processes, and device functionality
- Familiarity with electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and industry-standard
- Ability to create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Managing change requests effectively to keep project on track
- Profound knowledge of automotive process landscape and expert in Project Management
- Leading multinational project teams
- Intercultural experience
- Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome
Aufgaben
- Plan, execute, and deliver SCS ASIC products
- Meet or exceed customer requirements
- Manage project budget, quality, and timelines
- Organize resources and project activities
- Achieve project and business objectives
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Define project goals (financial, scheduling, quality)
- Select project core team members
- Establish project organization and communication
- Set up initial project plans
- Plan and ensure compliance with Automotive processes
- Protect project data confidentiality
- Track project progress and define corrective measures
- Conduct project reviews and follow up on deviations
- Control project budget and resources
- Report project status using valid tools
- Execute professional change management
- Assign work packages to team members
- Promote cooperation and teamwork
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation
- Ensure project profitability
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Cooperate with relevant stakeholders
- Manage product lifecycle from G10 to G90
- Ensure on-time, qualitative, and quantitative product delivery
- Coordinate product-specific activities for production
- Steer cost reduction activities
- Optimize volume planning and inventory management
- Mitigate risks and improve operational performance
