Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in complex environments
- Proven experience leading cross-functional or transformation projects
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies and governance

- Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries preferred

- Capability to coach, mentor, and develop others
- Fluent written and spoken English

Aufgaben
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
- Plan and implement New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Define project scope, objectives, governance, and execution plans
- Manage Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) with risk and dependency oversight
- Operate autonomously in complex and ambiguous environments
- Identify and address process inefficiencies through Lean initiatives
- Implement structured improvement roadmaps and deliver measurable impact
- Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies for sustainable improvements
- Standardize and govern Lean and continuous improvement practices
- Deliver Lean training and build improvement capabilities
- Establish and improve project management standards and tools
- Ensure portfolio transparency with KPI-based reporting and dashboards
- Align projects with business priorities and governance requirements
- Coach and mentor project managers to enhance maturity
- Build alignment across functions and management levels
- Represent projects in steering committees and management reviews
- Manage communication with key stakeholders and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements
