- Ideally, IPMA Level D certificate or equivalent
- Strong analytical/structured thinking, excellent communication/assertiveness
- Ability to quickly learn new technical-scientific contexts
- Good written/spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel for project meetings
- Ideally, knowledge in machine learning, hardware/software development
Aufgaben
- Lead neuromorphic computing and edge AI projects.
- Structure project progress transparently.
- Manage project progress transparently.
- Monitor project progress transparently.
- Achieve project schedule, cost, and performance targets.
- Communicate continuously with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Support management with portfolio and program management.
- Support project managers with controlling and reporting.
- Coordinate proposals for funded research projects.
- Coordinate offers to industry.
- Contribute to strategic development of the research area.
- Contribute to establishing the Heilbronn site.
- Shape the Heilbronn site's development.
- Shape the entire development cycle.
- Develop innovative scientific prototypes (e.g., chiplets).
- Transition prototypes to production-ready solutions.
- Meet yield, QM, design-for-test requirements for solutions.
