- Plan, coordinate, and execute software release projects
- Align stakeholders on project scope and priorities
- Align stakeholders on project dependencies and timelines
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and roadmaps
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate release risks
- Facilitate decision-making
- Resolve cross-team conflicts
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Conduct impact assessments for changes
- Communicate change impacts to stakeholders
- Prepare program milestones
- Provide ongoing status reporting
- Communicate release progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate with experts for accurate documentation
- Improve release processes and documentation
- Implement updates from changes or audit feedback
- Collaborate with regulatory experts
- Support product clearance in required markets
