- Manage and control assigned projects, including profit and loss
- Ensure project execution per contract, mandate, and internal requirements
- Apply internal project model, processes, and tools for execution
- Lead and coordinate geographically dispersed project teams
- Manage project resources with specialist departments and locations
- Actively manage project risks, identifying and controlling risks and opportunities
- Report project risks and opportunities to management/steering committee
- Manage project-related subcontracts and intercompany agreements
- Ensure professional collaboration with customers and suppliers
- Prepare project reports for customers and internal management
