- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Project Manager experience with proven track-record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Desire to meet project deadlines
- Experience with PCBA design or manufacturing
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum processes
- PMI or PMP - preferred
- Proficient English and good German skills
Aufgaben
- Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods
- Analyze capacity and identify production constraints
- Identify risks and reduce lead times
- Minimize raw and finished material inventory
- Lead cross-functional New Product Development teams
- Manage schedules, risks, and performance KPIs
- Ensure product readiness and on-time performance
- Act as primary interface for program updates
- Coordinate material availability with Manufacturing and Procurement
- Ensure factory build readiness
- Drive Design for Manufacturing alignment
- Improve quality targets and cycle times
- Document program work and escalate risks
- Drive project issues to closure
- Support Request for Quotation processes
- Develop sustaining program proposals
