- •Skills in automation engineering tools
- •Exposure to clinical or analytical diagnostics
- •Experience in functional responsibility for automation
- •PMP or comparable project management certification
- •Knowledge of clinical or analytical diagnostics
- •Experience with MDR/IVDR and GMP guidelines
- •Analytical capabilities and structured working style
- •Passion for driving new technologies
- •Empathy and excellent communication skills
- •Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with project experience
- •Professional communication in German and English
- •Valid work permits for job location

- •Lead medium-sized projects from sales handover to customer service transfer
- •Direct local and global project teams to achieve contract deliverables
- •Establish project execution approaches and oversee resource planning
- •Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and financial performance
- •Identify and manage project risks while pursuing new opportunities
- •Drive formal project acceptance and contract close-out with customers
- •Act as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle
- •Coordinate with external partners, integrators, and internal stakeholders
- •Translate customer requirements into technical project specifications
- •Prepare supplementary offers and support new system proposals
