As a Project Manager in the Data Competence Centre, you will lead agile teams through effective ceremonies, foster collaboration, and manage project OKRs. This role involves addressing risks, mentoring team members, and ensuring continuous improvement in data management practices.

Anforderungen

• •Established track record of planning, delivering, and monitoring projects using Scrum framework or similar agile processes
• •Experience working with stakeholders to define achievable backlogs
• •Strong understanding of servant leadership and driving delivery in agile environments
• •List of improvements responsible for in team or project work
• •Past experience in helping teams find focus on complex problems
• •Broad understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools
• •Experience facilitating teams in gathering and presenting information to non-technical stakeholders
• •Good communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Aufgaben

• •Run effective team ceremonies, including refinement, planning, stand-ups, showcases, and retrospectives
• •Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and empowerment
• •Work with teams and stakeholders to define project-level OKRs
• •Plan, collaborate, and manage work against project-level OKRs
• •Raise and address project risks and issues, collaborating with relevant teams to mitigate them
• •Facilitate team meetings and workshops to drive work forward
• •Mentor the team on agile and lean principles and practices as needed
• •Manage stakeholder relationships and inter-team dependencies with the Programme Manager
• •Support all aspects of the project from business case to delivering value
• •Create artefacts to communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, and opportunities
• •Sustain a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring frequent delivery of business outcomes
