You will drive data center construction success by overseeing contractors and budgets while advocating for the client's interests through every phase from design-build to final project close-out.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Construction Management or related field
• •Five years' experience as Project Manager
• •Knowledge of multi-disciplinary construction scopes
• •Proficiency in spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
• •Strong communication and organisational skills
• •Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented attitude
• •Fluent German and English skills

Aufgaben

• •Manage overall project costs, schedules, and budgets
• •Oversee general contractors, vendors, and consultants
• •Track critical milestones to prevent project delays
• •Review construction proposals, pricing, and scopes
• •Assess work-in-place and approve capital expenditures
• •Review and approve cost-loaded schedules
• •Lead client and project meetings
• •Monitor factors influencing construction costs
• •Apply procurement methods for long-lead equipment
• •Validate and audit contractor cost estimates
• •Support engineering decisions during design-build changes
• •Review and approve payment requests and invoices
• •Align equipment delivery with the project schedule
• •Record potential claims and act on the client’s behalf
• •Advocate for the client during disputes and change orders
• •Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews
• •Oversee project close-out, documentation, and warranties
