- Lead institutional bids for ESA, DLR, EC, and governmental institutions
- Manage institutional projects with external stakeholders
- Ensure tender deadlines and project milestones are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Allocate resources for institutional projects
- Perform concept studies and trade-offs
- Communicate effectively with project contributors
- Communicate effectively between the company and external stakeholders
- Create high-quality project documentation
- Manage high-quality project documentation
- Create high-quality technical documentation

- Ensure documentation meets external stakeholder expectations, e.g., ESA
