Anforderungen

  • Proven project management experience in Building Automation, BMS, HVAC controls, or industrial automation
  • Strong technical understanding of automation systems, control architecture, and field devices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Fluent French / English
  • English professional level preferred
  • German language skills advantageous
  • PMP, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification beneficial
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Ability to remain effective under pressure
  • Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Team player capable of working across functions and regions

Aufgaben

  • Manage controls projects from handover to final acceptance
  • Plan and coordinate project execution for timely, budgeted, and quality delivery
  • Serve as primary customer contact during project execution
  • Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, functional descriptions, and project deliverables
  • Support commissioning activities and resolve technical issues
  • Monitor project financial performance, including variations and additional works
  • Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls EHS, quality, and operational processes
  • Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
