- Ensure clear and tracked deliverables from sessions
- Track project backlogs, technical dependencies, and milestones
- Provide transparency to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare sophisticated project dashboards and reports
- Translate technical progress into structured updates
- Adhere to project templates and agile workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting mechanisms
