Aufgaben
- Lead and manage microbial cell banking projects
- Ensure on-time delivery of cell bank manufacturing
- Oversee cell bank characterization and strain identity
- Manage incoming control testing for customer cell banks
- Generate GMP documents and technical reports
- Handle TrackWise records and quality documentation
- Represent cell banking in internal and customer meetings
- Manage the iLAB-based cell bank database inventory
- Drive continuous innovation in microbial cell banking processes
- Maintain cGMP quality standards and SOP compliance
- Follow health authority guidelines from EMEA, ICH, and FDA
- Network with partner units to ensure project success
- Represent the department during customer and regulatory audits
- Support team recruitment, training, and member assignment
