- Define and track milestones, schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate and support a cross-functional team of approximately 12 developers
- Continuously review game progress to ensure alignment with player experience
- Drive the release process, including milestone builds, localization, QA, certification, and Steam submission
- Align with stakeholders to maintain clear goals and expectations
- Anticipate risks and proactively remove blockers
- Collaborate with senior management to keep them informed about project progress and key decisions
- Contribute to improving production standards and workflows within the studio
