- Manage investment projects
- Lead design for facilities, civil infrastructure, and industrial buildings
- Ensure design adherence to laws, standards, and policies

- Manage technical discussions with local authorities
- Ensure a transparent tender process
- Evaluate supplier offers
- Monitor project milestones until completion
- Coordinate project disciplines (H&S, Process, IT, Quality) throughout the lifecycle
- Manage execution of industrial investments
- Ensure adherence to H&S, food safety, and hygienic design principles
- Uphold technical and group standards
- Support start-up of new buildings
- Provide post-go-live assistance to Production
- Monitor project timelines and budgets
- Ensure professional project reporting
- Manage storage and updating of design packages, documents, and layouts
- Ensure adherence to Ferrero Engineering standards
- Apply advanced design technologies (BIM)
- Contribute to building guidelines
- Incorporate best practices and lessons learned
- Support digitalization of technical archives
- Ensure adherence to Engineering policies
- Provide on-site and live support for assigned projects
