Aufgaben
- Lead major automation engineering projects from concept to implementation
- Ensure projects meet legal requirements and Mars engineering standards
- Develop and apply global control standards
- Contribute to the site’s Controls Masterplan
- Act as key contact for Global Technical Engineering & Controls team
- Lead project team members and external contractors
- Foster collaboration and ownership within project teams
- Encourage proactive performance and accountability
- Work closely with factory departments for seamless project integration
- Ensure project objectives are met in scope, time, budget, and cash flow
- Manage project execution, functional support, and personal development
