Anforderungen
- Bachelors Degree
- 7-10 years of employment experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering or business administration
- Work experience in finance and production in the automotive industry
- Understanding of process changes impact on financial performance
- Ideally knowledge of thermoplastic injection molding, stamping, assembly, machined parts & electronics
- Extensive experience in quotation process for Tier 1 and direct OEM Business
- Broad understanding of manufacturing technologies and costing models
- Confident appearance and persuasiveness
- High affinity for value driver analysis
- Many years of experience in costing for customer RRQ
- Tier 1 experience towards OEM's an advantage
- Patience, perseverance and passion for cost reduction
- Experience with SAP & FACTON
- Good MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Calculate production alternatives for EMIA Automotive projects
- Perform early-phase cost calculations using Should Costing
- Execute cost calculations throughout the product development process
- Conduct capital analyses for ROI and payback periods
- Develop full product P&L and visual cost breakdowns
- Evaluate lifetime business cases across all project phases
- Optimize cost cycles with sales and engineering partners
- Introduce cross-site cost methods for new product families
- Perform continuous cost and value driver analyses
- Implement Target Costing strategies at production sites
- Participate in interdisciplinary core teams and finance initiatives
