Anforderungen

- Understanding of project development phases
- Experience in assessing cost risks
- Experience with Cleopatra Enterprise (surplus)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Confident personality and stakeholder management
Aufgaben
- Prepare and review AACE Class 5 to 2 cost estimates
- Manage CapEx projects through stage-gated investment processes
- Validate cost estimates from external engineering partners and suppliers
- Assess scope changes, cost deviations, and contractor claims
- Collaborate with Project Controlling on forecasting and post-calculations
- Conduct lessons learned sessions following project execution
- Develop standardized cost estimation methodologies and risk documentation
- Maintain cost benchmarks, reference data, and unit rates
- Monitor market trends and cost developments
