- Verify regulatory clearance for all ordered items
- Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries
- Update and maintain project accounting budgets
- Evaluate changes to contractual dates and resource needs
- Monitor shipments to support profitable revenue growth
- Process change orders and perform statistical analysis
- Issue project invoices and credit notes
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files
- Update account and project details in the CRM
- Represent the department at project planning meetings
- Manage incoming external calls for the office
