- Contribute control inputs to tender documentation
- Update current schedules and cost forecasts
- Perform variance analyses and scenario planning
- Initiate and manage re-baselining processes
- Report accruals and cash flow to finance
- Track claims and change order requests
- Lead progress meetings with contractors
- Prepare comprehensive monthly project reports
- Provide performance data to support decision-making
- Coordinate with financial and contract managers
- Promote collaboration across disciplines and stakeholders
