Anforderungen
- Completed academic degree (e.g. Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or comparable)

- Experience with IFRS and Percentage‑of‑Completion (PoC) accounting is an advantage
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3 and modules FI/CO, CO‑PA, BW
- Experience with data management and analytics tools (e.g. Advanced Excel, Alteryx)
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI
- Exposure to automation solutions (e.g. Power Apps, Azure Dataverse) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English language
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement project controlling tools
- Roll out governance standards and best practices
- Define project pre-calculation standards
- Support benchmarks and quality checks during pre-sales
- Establish project execution controlling processes
- Create project reporting and rolling forecasts
- Ensure feedback loops through lessons learned
- Provide ongoing controlling support to project managers
- Monitor project performance against budget
- Track milestones, timelines, costs, and resources
- Conduct project risk assessments
- Contribute to internal risk reporting
- Prepare monthly project controlling reports
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly project review meetings
- Focus on financial and commercial objectives
- Prepare PoC accounting in line with IFRS
